Runs / Row must be done at same time or together. The movements can be divided evenly or however the partners decide.

The past few weeks of Saturday workouts and the weeks to come are building capacity to attack Murph… it’s disguised but the volume and training stimulus of running + high volume bodyweight work is preparing the neuromuscular system for the task. Bring your weight vest on Saturdays if you desire.
