200m Run + 20/DB or KB Deadlift (same weight)
200m Run + 20 DB or KB Push Press (same weight)
200m Farmers Carry + 20 DB or KB Squats (same weight hold both in the front rack)
200m Run + 40 Situps (40 GHDSU)
