20 Min EMOM
M1: Max Rep DU-or-Singles
M2: 20 Banded Tricep Press down
M3: Weighted Plank (full -or – oblique) Use plate (45/25)
Pick a number on the DU and shoot for Unbroken reps (50-75) depending on skill set. For DU attempts work close to the minute or suggest 30 attempts. for Singles work the entire min.
Goal is quality reps and efficient movement pattern. Not looking for too much output here, just fluid consisitency.
