300 Air Squats
This will be done as 1 mile run then 20 rounds of ‘Cindy’ (5pullup-10pushups-15air squats) followed by another 1mile run. This can be split into a partner WOD AND/or athletes can row 1600m vs running the mile. We will scale the reps accordingly depending on skill level and level (ie 1/2 Murph etc)
