5 Rounds for max reps at each movement
Bench or floor press (body weight) *scale as needed
Pullups

Max effort unbroken reps for each movement. Don’t rush this workout and take adequate rest between each attempt and round to produce maximum results. There will be a natural degradation, but consistency is the name of the game. All athletes are different but a good baseline for rest between Rounds (think: 90-120 sec) maybe even a little more. Score = Total Reps
