Row & Flow
Alternating between low intensity bouts of Rowing on the concept 2 and floor exercises (mainly yoga style) at the end of those class we will finish up with some core/abdominal strength

*One partner works while the other does wall sit with MB… once each partner completes a round of movements, they will then both go run 200m tether run. (use band)

800m ‘Indian Run style‘ sled Push for time…

Entire class will form a single file line following closely behind the sled. One athlete working at a time will push sled 30sec… and the next athlete will do the same until 800m is completed total.
