If athlete cannot complete 1k MONOSTRUCTURAL element + 50reps in the allocated time they will record the total reps completed and move on into the next round. However, this is designed so that the desired stimulus should be achieved if using correct load. Newer athletes can Scale accordingly (800m + 40 reps)
