5 Muscle Ups (Sc. Ring dips)
10 Box Jumps (24/20”)
15 Air Squats

Muscle ups can be ring or bar. Whichever the athlete prefers.

INTENDED STIMULUS
Body weight gymnastic triplet. Glorious

Scale: banded musclup transitions on the low rings or box dips / bench dips are ok to substitute for appropriate athletes

3×10 single leg KB or DB RDL (5/ea)

Foam roll stretch in remaining time
