Every 2min 4 burpees

INTENDED STIMULUS
Mental toughness. Work on quality movement and trying to go unbroken at each 10rep increment before breaking and moving to next movement. However at every 2min mark there will be 4 burpees that the athlete must stop their current set and complete before returning
