1 Mile Run/Ski/Row (or 1.5 Mile AABike)
Immediately into 4x Max Unbroken Sets of WallBall shots. Rest as needed between sets
Score = Run/Row time + total WB reps
Steady state aerobic conditioing with a nice work capacity finisher while athlete is fatigued. Looking for a true max effort set on the wall balls. Athletes can rest as long as they neeed between sets until fully recovered in order to give best effort per attempt.
