Bodyweight movements that should not take the entore minute to complete but encourages the athlete to be fast and proficient. Not all out but 75-80% of perceived exertion
Banded Glute Bridge – 3×15
BB Bulgarian Split Squat – 3×8/ea (Adv. 45/35 empty babrell) (Scale: Training bar or pvc)
*use bench or box for trail leg. If you need to scale do split lunge 8/ea leg with tail leg slightly elevated on Plate.
