It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.
Have you been looking for a routine to help you improve your range of motion and to prevent nagging injuries? Our Rx Durability class meets 2x per week and programming focuses on mobility exercises and identifying faulty movement patterns to help you stay strong for the long haul.
The focus of our USAW Certified Olympic Lifting Club is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This will be a 1 hour group session that meets 3x/ week. We will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly to maximize your potential. There will be a beginner, intermediate and advanced programming options available for members of this club.
